GENERAL INFO

✦ The artist has the right to refuse commission requests.✦ The client is responsible for providing references and request details. Providing simple sketches of complex ideas is encouraged, but not required. Please have clean screenshots/references of your character ready. I am more than happy to fix any design mistakes i've made on the way!✦ You will be purchasing the digital file of the commission. The client has the rights to print the artwork for their PERSONAL USE if wanted. Any usage of the commission as long as it is not commercial is allowed. (printing on cups, t-shirts, etc.)✦ The commissioned piece is final. Alterations will not be made by the artist after the final feedback.
Any changes made to the final artwork by the client or other parties is not accredited to the artist.✦ The client will receive versions of the artwork with both the artist's watermark and without. Any version of the final image (transparent, with no background, etc.) will be happily provided by free request.✦ Commissions of copyrighted designs, such as fanart, are only for personal use. Commercial rates are only available for original designs of the client. Commercial sale of copyrighted characters and designs are prohibited by the artist.✦ The artist is currently offering commerical usage of only emotes. Character portraits, full illustrations and cherubs are only for personal use.✦ By paying, the client agrees to the terms and conditions provided.

PAYMENT

✦ Payment is only in USD through PAYPAL.✦ The payment must be done FULL UPFRONT.✦ No refunds after the first sketch has been sent.✦ The process for the artwork will start after the payment has been completed.

REVISIONS

✦ The client will have three chances for alterations. One after the first sketch, one after the mid-progression of coloring, and one for small detail changes after the completion.

DELIVERY

✦ The period for finishing the commission will vary depending on the current queue and details of the commissions.✦ Please notify me if you have a deadline.

USAGE

✦ If client wishes to sell the artwork for commercial use, the commercial rate for the commission will be picked instead. This option is only available for emotes.✦ Usage of work for AI (artificial intelligence), NFT, and blockchain is strictly prohibited.✦ Clients are not allowed to claim credit for creating the artwork.✦ Clients are not permitted to reproduce, modify, or trace the artwork without explicit permission from the artist.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

✦ The artist retains the rights to the artwork. However, for original characters (OCs), the character design rights still belong to the client.✦ Any information or references provided to me will be kept confidential and will not be shared on any of my social media accounts.
